What are my career options in Forensic Psychology with a Master's Degree in Psychology?
After you graduate with a Psychology degree, you can pursue a career in Forensic Psychology with a Master's Degree. The Master's degree can be in Clinical Psychology or Experimental Psychology. The former is best suited for those with an interest in abnormal psychology and behavioral health. In addition, if you want to be involved in criminal profiling this path is for you. A Master's Degree typically requires requires 2 years of graduate school to complete a master's thesis (research project). As a Master's Degree student you typically must pay tuition, and it is unlikely that you will receive a stipend as a Research Assistant or Teaching Assistant.
