Sports Psychology Careers

Sports Psychology is concerned with how psychology can improve motivation and performance (in sports and the military) and how athletics can improve mental health (e.g., use athletics to help clients who suffer from mental health problems including eating disorders and depression). There are many careers in Sports Psychology that a person majoring in Psychology can pursue, though most require a graduate degree. Undergraduate degrees are more suitable for internships.
